A native of Donaldsonville, LA Rodney “REV” Vega, started his career in Irvine, CA as a Microbiologist with Sicor (Teva) Pharmaceuticals, where he spent 5 years as their Validation Engineer & Supervisor leading a team of 10 engineers and technicians. There he was continually recognized for his leadership skills, streamlining processes as well as developing a triplicate filtration system which saved the company 75% of their testing cost.
REV moved back to Louisiana to continue his work in the pharmaceutical industry where he was the Senior Associate Quality Manager for Celegene CTD in Baton Rouge. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of quality systems oversight which included, the procurement, processing and release of umbilical cord blood and placenta banking at childbirth. Other responsibilities included optimizing operations as well as interactions with external regulatory agencies including successfully leading a New York State regulatory surprise audit from start to completion.
REV was soon recruited to a start-up company TransGenRX, Inc. which is a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Baton Rouge, LA which develops technology to produce protein-based drugs. He was hired on to manage the growth and optimization of the quality systems and lead teams through product approval but moved on to function in multiple other roles including sales & marketing representative for the company, serving as the liaison for external customers, and facilitating the production of Phase 1 clinical-grade material through quality practices. After leaving TransGenRx in 2013, REV went to work for Humana, Market POINT a leader in the Life, Health and Accident Insurance industry as a Sales Agent and quickly grew to become a top producer, receiving
Humana’s President’s Club Award for total sales.
In 2018, when Stephen Folse approached REV about joining him at his start-up company
Infinity Integration Solutions, an operations automation company which would be servicing multiple industries including pharmaceuticals in which REV had extensive experience, he jumped at the chance. He knew that together they could make a difference in streamlining processes for hundreds of projects which needed their combined 40 years of experience. It was a dream, and a passion that he and Stephen shared – making businesses more efficient and more productive.
REV lives in Donaldsonville, LA with his wife Natalie and their two children Bennett and Georgia who both attend Ascension Catholic. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking & grilling, traveling, golf, sports with his kids and playing with his dog Carter.

STEPHEN FOLSE
Prior to starting Infinity Integration Solutions, Stephen was a Senior Lead Integrator for ASI, LLC located in Baton Rouge, LA. ASI is a leader in the development of process controls, database design, and management information systems for the manufacturing industry who works on automation projects everywhere along the industrial corridor between
Baton Rouge and New Orleans, and as far away as Russia.
Stephen was responsible for ASI’s: Project Design and Management; Systems Integrations and Industrial Networks; Development and Optimization of PLC/ HMI Controls; Project Applications and Manuals of Operation for multiple projects across the continental United States, the Caribbean and South America for over 18 years.
In 2018, Stephen left ASI to follow his dream of establishing his own Integration company.
He knew that he could provide safe and efficient automation solutions, that would eliminate
the many hurdles he saw these companies encounter on a daily basis.
Since 2018, Stephen has been building his company and his team so they would have the capabilities needed to provide automation to many different types of industries across the south. The services Infinity Integration Solutions provides are vast as Stephen draws upon his extensive knowledge from over 14 years of previous experience in automation in the industrial industry.
Stephen is married to Jessica and they have twin boys, Karson & Kole, and another son Kohen, all attending Ascension Catholic High in Donaldsonville, LA. He enjoys cooking, grilling, fishing, sports and hunting with his kids.
